Fabulous rare & recent find, amazing vintage deep blue/violet silk velvet architectural hat with a "Billie" 172 Walnut St, Philadelphia Label, Lined in black FINE horsehair straw. This vintage hat  sits on the front of the head by means of a wide band that goes around the back. Measures 22" inside circumference, ( thats a medium head size) about 9" tall. Very good condition with some marks on the velvet, This is one fantastic hat design.
